You can grill, smoke, steam, and cook with the barbecue, because the ceramic material can withstand high temperatures. Ingredients can be placed on the 2 convenient side tables. Thanks to the 6 useful tool hooks, you can easily hang up the barbecue tools so they're always within reach. Keep an eye on the temperature of your dishes with the lid thermometer for the best result. Is it raining or snowing? Continue to grill anyway, as the lid holds on to heat well and is rain-resistant. After use, you can fold up the left side table to save space.

The Boretti Ceramica large is a beautiful and high-quality kamado. I've had it for a week and have BBQed with it 4 times and I really like it. The taste of the meat is much better than with the gas BBQ. I do notice that I have to use a lot more coal than I am used to to get it hot (above 150 degrees).
