Magimix Power Blender 5 XL Matte Chrome

We have had the blender at home for a week or two. We had a simple 2 bucks blender for this, so this is something different! The blender looks nice and feels sturdy. The glass jug is a good 2 liters, so more than enough for our household of 2 people. We have already used the blender quite a lot, we make smoothies daily, for example for breakfast. This is really great! The blender blends nicely and because of the six strong blades, 2 of which point downwards, nothing remains untouched. Even large ice blocks are no problem. We also like to make soup and whole pieces of vegetables are also made nice and smooth by the blender. Cleaning the blender is very easy, it can be completely disassembled (with the exception of the foot) and in the dishwasher. The blades can be completely detached from the jug, so they can be cleaned easily. The only real downside I have to say is that the blender also works without the lid, so some caution must be exercised.

I really like the blender, it makes delicious smoothies and can do a lot at the same time. Unfortunately, it is a bit on the heavy side, which makes it difficult to clean it properly. The click system is handy, so you can be sure that the top is correctly positioned on the bottom. I find this very innovative about this blender. In addition, there is a handy opening at the top, if you want to add a piece of fruit or yogurt or something similar during blending. I like the design, it looks good in any kitchen. I would definitely recommend the product to friends, or invite them over to my house for a tasty smoothie (because I can make enough in one sitting). All in all a very nice blender, definitely recommended if you like fresh sauces and juices!

Great blender! I make a lot of smoothies and this blender is perfect for that. What I also like is that there is some kind of protection if the motor gets too hot because I then have too large pieces of vegetables in it. My previous blender just burned out because it got too hot. I like the glass jug, I think glass is more hygienic than plastic and it just fits in the dishwasher. Design is practical and not spectacular.
