The OtterBox Symmetry Plus Apple iPhone 12 / 12 Pro Back Cover with MagSafe Magnet Black is a sturdy case that works together well with Apple MagSafe. Thanks to the built-in magnet, accessories like the MagSafe charger and card holder stay securely attached to this case. You can also easily click the case onto the back of your iPhone. The fall protection prevents damage in the case of a fall from up to 2 meters. Yet the OtterBox Symmetry isn't as thick as other cases with fall protection. In fact, it's a relatively thin and light case that easily fits in you bag or pocket. The extra sturdy edges protect your touchscreen, because the edges come up slightly higher than the screen. This prevents scratches when you place your device on the table with the screen facing down or when you drop it.

    A customer of Otterbox for years, personally I think these are the best cases on the market. The only bad thing about this one is the smooth back that makes me feel like it slides out of my hand faster.

    Very positive so far. First ordered an original Apple case, but here the coating came off very quickly. That will not happen quickly with this case.

    Product is great!

    • Easy to apply
    • Lightweight
    • Good contact for the MagSafe
    • Lighter/thinner than my previous model = slightly less smooth in the hand. Probably just takes some getting used to.... (so not really a downside)

    My iPhone fell from quite a height with the previous Otterbox and only the Otterbox had damage (a piece broke off and a piece torn off. So I think an Otterbox of almost €50 is a good investment for an iPhone.
