---|---|---|---|---|

A+++ | € 33 | € 19 | € 7 | € 6 |
Savings calculation
In the table above, we use € 0.45 per kWh as the energy price for the calculations. Let's say you currently have an A+ energy label dishwasher in your kitchen. When you choose a dishwasher with an A energy label, you can save 116kWh on average per year. That's about € 52.
Replace dishwasher
Depending on the model, the materials, and the extra technologies, a dishwasher lasts about 10 years. The older the model is, the more energy it uses. That's because of little maintenance or problems that occur during its lifespan. Is your dishwasher 10 years or older? You can save a lot of costs on your energy bill if you buy a new model.
New energy label
Since March 2021, dishwashers have a new energy label. The energy label now goes from A to G, instead of A+++ to G. This provides better insight into the energy-efficiency of a model. A dishwasher is energy-efficient if it has energy label A, B, or C.
