Step 1: connect your Fitbit Charge 2 to your laptop or computer. Does your Fitbit vibrate? You can be sure it's charging.

Step 2: press the button on the side of your Fitbit for 4 seconds.

Step 3: you see the Fitbit logo appear. This means your Fitbit restarts. Disconnect the Charge 2 from the charger. Your Fitbit is reset.
