The charging dock of the Astro A50 is quite sensitive. Before you reset the headset, it's important to check if the charging dock is damaged. Go through the following steps to check your charging dock and headset.

1. Check the connectors in the charging dock and see if they're out of shape.
2. Check if there isn't any dirt in the connectors of the headset by going through the connector with a needle.
3. Place your Astro A50 upright in the base station and check if your headset is charging.

Resetting your Astro A50 is quite simple. Go through the following steps to reset your headset.

1. Turn on your Astro A50 via the 'on' button on the left ear cup.
2. Press and hold the 'Dolby' button and the 'Game' button for 25 seconds.

The Astro A50 has now been reset. This will solve most problems with this headset. If this isn't working, your batteries might be damaged. Contact the customer service in that case.
