Error code E1, F12, E67, or FF

Error code E1, F12, E67, or FF

If you see error code E1 or FF, the dishwasher doesn't get enough or no water at all. Check if the faucet is open all the way and the water pressure is sufficient. To do this, open the faucet completely with a bucket underneath. If the water pressure is good, you'll get 10L of water within 1 minute. Isn't this the case? Contact a plumber. Check the supply hose too, and remove possible bends.

Error code F2

Error code F2

With error code F2, the dishwasher doesn't drain the water properly. Check if the drain hose has been connected the right way. You can find the correct installation in the manual. If the drain hose is connected properly again, turn on the dishwasher again and start your last-chosen dishwasher cycle.

Error code F10

Error code F10

Do you see error code F10? The drain pump is blocked, which results in too much water in the dishwasher. Do the following:

  • Turn off the dishwasher and unplug the connector from the socket.
  • Remove both filters.
  • Possibly remove the water from the tub.
  • Remove the colored plug on the right side of the bottom drain.
  • Turn the pump wheel behind the plug of the drain pump.
  • Put back the plug and both filters.
  • Reconnect the dishwasher.

Error code F11

Error code F11

Error code F11 means that the dishwasher doesn't pump the water away, possibly caused by a blocked drain hose. Disconnect the hose and remove possible dirt and bends. Doesn't this help? Check if the filters are blocked. You can clean them under the faucet with a brush.
