How do you solve error codes on an ATAG dishwasher?

In this article, you'll find the solution for the following errors:

• Error code F10
• Error code F11
• Error code F12 or F68
• Error code F52
• Other error codes

Do you see error code F10? The drain pump is blocked, which results in too much water in the dishwasher. Do the following:

• Turn off the dishwasher and unplug the connector from the socket.
• Remove both filters.
• Possibly remove the water from the tub.
• Remove the colored plug on the right side of the bottom drain.
• Turn the pump wheel behind the plug of the drain pump.
• Put back the plug and both filters.
• Reconnect the dishwasher.

Isn't the dishwasher starting, and do you hear a buzzing sound? The overfill protection is turned on. Close the faucet, unplug the connector from the socket, and contact ATAG.

With error code F11, the dishwasher doesn't pump the water out. Check the drain hose. Disconnect the drain hose from the trap of the sink. Check if you see any dirt in the hose and clean it if you do. Remove any bends from the hose too. Reattach the hose in the correct way. You can read how to do this in the manual. Isn't the error code going away? Clean the filters.

If you see error code F12 or F67, there's a problem with the water supply. Check if the faucet is open. Is this the case? Check the water pressure. Put a bucket under the faucet and open it all the way. You'll have about 10L of water in the bucket within 1 minute. Isn't this the case? Contact a plumber.

With error code F52, the filters are blocked. You can solve this error code by cleaning the filters. In the manual, you'll see where the filters are and how to take them out of the machine. Rinse them under the faucet with a brush.
