Choose earbuds or headphones for on the go

With sound over or on your ears, we're talking about over-ear or on-ear headphones. Generally, over-ear headphones disconnect you from your surroundings more than on-ear headphones. Headphones are less easy to take with you than earbuds, but offer better sound quality in general.

Earbuds are always small, which makes them easy to take with you. There are in-ear earbuds regular earbuds. In-ear earbuds go directly into your ear canal, while regular earbuds hang in the outer part of your ears. In general, earbuds have a lower sound quality than headphones.
