Which installation service do you need for your washing machine?

To use your new washing machine as soon as possible, we offer the following services for a fee:

• We'll install the washing machine in the desired spot.
• We'll place the dryer on your washing machine with a stacking kit.

You add these services to your order before checkout.

If you choose to get your washing machine installed in the desired spot, our delivery drivers will take care of the following:

• They'll place the washing machine in the desired spot.
• They'll level your washing machine.
• They'll connect it to the supply and drain hoses.
• They'll take your old washing machine with them.

Note: we currently can't change the door direction for washing machines.

If you want the dryer placed on top of your washing machine, have that done with a stacking kit. A stacking kit keeps your dryer securely on top of your washing machine. That way, you don't have to worry about it falling off during spinning. If you buy a washing machine or dryer with stacking kit, we'll install it for you.

Once you've determined which installation service is most suitable for your washing machine, you can select it when you check out the product on our website. Check all the boxes of the delivery services you want before you add the product to your cart. After that, choose the delivery and installation day. All you have to do now is wait for our delivery drivers to get to work for you.

Make sure to prepare the following things if you choose our installation service.

• Make sure the drain hose of your washing machine is at least 15cm long.
• Check the width of the doorways, hallways, and stairways that our delivery drivers have to go through. That way, we're sure we can deliver the appliance.
• Are we supposed to take your old washing machine with us too? Disconnect it beforehand.

Aren't we installing your new washing machine, but do we take your old one with us? Disconnect it and place it at the front door.

We don't provide an installation service to change the door direction of the washing machine. We don't change the door direction in general, because it can cause leaks. In addition, some washing machines have sensors in the door. Changing the door direction would cause problems.
