Which connection service do you need for your dryer?

We offer the following additional connection services:

• We'll install the dryer in the desired spot.
• We'll place the dryer on your washing machine with a stacking kit.
• Door reversal service.

You add this service to your order before purchase.

If you have your dryer installed in the desired spot, our delivery drivers will do the following for you:

• We'll place the dryer in the desired spot.
• We'll level the dryer.
• We'll connect the dryer to the drain.
• We'll take the old dryer with us.

If you don't choose the free Coolblue connection service but doorstep delivery instead, place your dryer at the front door so our delivery drivers can take it with them for free. We recommend to connect your new appliance to an earthed socket.

If you want to have your dryer stacked on top of your washing machine, choose the stacking kit service. Our delivery drivers will place a stacking kit with a pull-out shelf between your washing machine and dryer. This way, you can be sure your dryer is stacker safely and firmly. Want the dryer next to your washing machine, but do the doors not open in the same direction? That could cause collisions. With the door reversal service, we'll reverse the door direction for you in our warehouse. As a result, the doors won't get damaged.

Have you decided which installation service you need for your dryer? Choose the service when you buy your product on our website. Before you add the product to your shopping cart, check the box of the installation services you want included in the delivery of your dryer. After that, choose a suitable day for the delivery and our delivery drivers will get started for you.

Do you want us to connect the dryer in the right spot? Or do you want us to take your old appliance with us? Prepare well, so the delivery goes smoothly.

• Disconnect your old dryer beforehand, so we can take it with us if you choose our free connection service.
• Measure if the dryer fits where you want to have it installed.
• Check if you have a drain hose of at least 15cm at the spot for the dryer.
• Isn't this the case? Make sure to contact a plumber in time.
• Check if your doorways, stairways, and hallways that lead to the place of the dryer are wide enough.
