I had been looking for a pasta machine for a few years. However, I had my doubts. Fresh pasta made so quickly could never be good and tasty, right? Now a few weeks ago I made the decision to invest in this and I am pleasantly surprised. If I had known this I would have bought a pasta machine much sooner! With a few simple ingredients and the push of a button, the dough is formed and the pasta comes through the mold after 3 minutes. The only disadvantage is that the first dough is dry and therefore unusable. I quickly solve this by putting it back in the mixing container so that it can be processed again. Lasagna sheets, Penne, Spaghetti, it all comes out neatly. Can be cut to the length you want. Especially useful with the Lasagna sheets. I adjust it to the size of my bowl. There is little residual dough left in the device, which means there is virtually no waste. Cleaning is also no problem as many parts can simply be put in the dishwasher. Since I purchased the pasta maker, we have been eating delicious fresh pasta twice a week. The supermarket bags of dry pasta no longer come into the house.

We have had this pasta machine for a few weeks now and we don't want to lose it! What a nice addition to our appliances in the kitchen.
We already had a manual machine, but making fresh pasta takes considerably longer. With this device, you put the flour in and slowly add the liquid when you start the program. The device will then knead for 3 minutes and then your fresh pasta will come out of the device. The job is done in 10-15 minutes, after which you can put your fresh pasta in the boiling water. Unfortunately, the included booklet is quite short. Fortunately, the most important thing is included. But you have to look elsewhere for recipe inspiration.
The device has now found a nice place on our countertop. It is useful that you can store all the molds neatly in the device itself. Just like the supplied measuring cup.
Since we got this machine, we haven't touched the bags of dry pasta we still have in stock. Because fresh pasta really tastes much better.
So far we have made pasta with wheat flour 0.0 and semola (semolina). But I can't wait to experiment even more with different ingredients.

I am a pasta lover myself. I used to buy my pasta at the supermarket. I usually found the pasta in restaurants much tastier, so I decided to purchase the pasta machine. Once it arrived, I immediately tested it by making lasagna sheets. This worked out well, but I still have to get used to the ingredient ratio. The leaves were still soft and could quickly tear if I was not careful. Overall the machine was fast and the loading trays were ready quite quickly. This took about 10-15 minutes. The result was much tastier than with the lasagna trays from the supermarket. After using the device, cleaning the device was still a job. I have fairly large hands and could not easily reach all corners of the components. In the end we succeeded by using some wipes and a spoon.

The next day I made pasta again. This time penne pasta. The pasta was ready wonderfully quickly within 10 minutes. Big taste difference with pasta from the supermarket. In general, this is quite an expensive device and the question remains whether it is worth it for everyone. If you are a pasta lover and eat a fair amount of pasta, this is definitely recommended. If you do not often eat pasta yourself, the question remains whether you want to purchase this device or whether you will just continue to eat pasta from the supermarket. In any case, as a pasta lover, the choice was quickly made for me. Thanks for reading my review!
