Product description
On the wide Bosch PIV81RHB1E, you can have enough room for large pans. The induction cooktop is 80cm wide and has 5 cooking zones. You can easily couple the cooktop with Hob Control to a Bosch Smart Hood Automatic range hood. Do you use the boost function to quickly bring a pan of water to a boil? The range hood immediately increases the extraction power so all the cooking fumes disappear. This way, you never use more energy than necessary. Using the slider controls, you can easily choose 1 of the 17 settings. You can a desired time in the built-in timer, so you know exactly when it's ready. That way, you won't worry about letting the meat simmer too long.
