Stylish appearance and strong material
I tested the Polar Grit X 2 Pro with titanium watch case. Titanium is even stronger than the stainless steel from which the other Grit X 2 Pro models are made. I soon noticed how hard titanium is. I accidentally hit the smartwatch against a wooden table. Not the smartwatch, but the table lost this battle. I have no doubt that you can rely on this watch during all your outdoor adventures.

Large size and clear screen
The Grit X 2 Pro is 49 millimeters in size. This is much too big for my narrow wrist of 14 centimeters in circumference. It is also quite thick and heavy. I can imagine that this smartwatch will fit comfortably on a larger wrist. In addition, I immediately noticed the bright AMOLED screen. The previous Grit X Pro did not have this screen. Thanks to the clear screen, the watch looks more stylish.

Accurate sports results
Whatever sport you do, the Polar Grit X 2 Pro has it. I choose 20 from dozens of sports that I set on the watch. This way I can easily start training for these sports. I choose and switch these sports in the Polar Flow app on my smartphone. I have been running and walking with the watch. The watch recommends workouts to improve my performance. Thanks to the training status, I know whether I am ready for a tough workout or whether I should take it easier.

Few smart functions and excellent battery life
The Polar Grit X 2 Pro is truly a sports watch. It does have a number of smart functions, but they are not extensive. For example, I read my messages and see when I receive a call, but I cannot answer any of this. The battery lasts up to 10 days. I exercised with the watch 3 times, including a long walk. After a little over a week I had to charge the Grit

Sleep measurement
Unfortunately I was not able to test the Grit X 2 Pro while sleeping. This watch is too big for me. This sometimes causes him to move back and forth. The green light of the heart rate monitor at the bottom then shines through under the watch. This is very bright, especially in the dark. This made it impossible for me to sleep. I don't think you have this problem if the watch fits your wrist.

Offline maps and navigation
I download offline maps on this watch. This way I always see where I am, even if I don't have my smartphone with me. Thanks to the trackback function, I don't get lost either, because the Grit X 2 Pro creates a route back to my starting point. Super useful, since my sense of direction is not very strong.

I've had the watch for a few months now. I'm incredibly happy with it. I had a Garmin before this watch and I was extremely frustrated with the operation via the app. The Polar is extremely easy to use, but you also have a lot of options. You have a lot of settings to customize the watch to your liking. The GPS function also works super well. I went for a walk of 8+ hours in the Black Forest and the signal never dropped out, even though it was very densely wooded in some places. The battery also lasts a super long time, you can also adjust settings to make the battery last even longer (or less long). On average I can do a week with the battery, with at least 5 sports sessions. The watch is also very sturdy and can certainly take a beating.
