I was looking for a compact amplifier to replace my beast of an Onkyo tx sr606 without having to compromise on quality. The Citation Amp had no trouble at all with my JM Lab Cobalt 810 floorstanding speakers. Masses of power! Also in terms of quality, it is not inferior to the Onkyo or my Denon PMA1500R.
