Description
The BK Fortalit Dutch Oven 20cm is ideal for a small household or a small kitchen. The pan has a 1.4L capacity, so it's suitable for stew for 1 to 2 people. The Dutch oven is made of enameled steel. The interior is very smooth as a result and ingredients won't stick to it. That's useful, because you can first cook a piece of meat and then simmer it in broth or beer, for example. You can use the pan on all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 230°C. This way, you can put the dish in the oven to simmer it and you'll have more space on your stove for other pans.
