Description
You can use the FoodSaver Foil Rolls 28x550cm to vacuum food. You can easily cut them to the right size different sized portions. The pack consists of 2 rolls of 28x550cm. After you cut them, you seal one side of the roll to create a bag. Put the piece of meat, fish, or other food in this bag. You then place the part of the bag that's left open in the vacuum machine. With one press on the vacuum and seal button, you make the FoodSaver vacuum your food.
Make sure to always cook your vacuumed meals in a sous vide pan in up to 100°C. Are you using a regular pan? Use a kitchen thermometer to make sure the water temperature doesn't get higher than 75°C. Otherwise, the plastic bag will melt against the sides of your cooking pot.Suitable accessories
