On the large cooking zones, you can put a wok or large frying pan and on the others, there' s space for a pot of rice or potatoes. The dials are to the right side and you have the choice of 9 different settings to heat your dish. The residual heat indicators show you which zones are still warm after cooking. Cleaning the cooktop is simple because of the glass surface: simply wipe it off with a wet cloth and your cooktop is ready for next time.</p> <p><small>Note: the required 5-pin Perilex connector is not included. Make sure to order it separately. The connector has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.</small></p>
