Good to know
- Damage caused by gross negligence isn't covered
- Damage that doesn't affect the product functioning (such as dents) isn't covered

Reflection period and cancellation
You can cancel your insurance up to 30 days after taking it out free of charge. Even if you want to keep the product. Our customer service can help you with this. After 30 days, you can cancel your insurance annually, up to 3 months before the end of each year that the insurance expires
