Good to know
- Damage caused by gross negligence isn't covered
- Damage that doesn't affect the product functioning (such as dents) isn't covered
- In case of damage, a deductible of 10% (repair) or 10% (theft) applies
Reflection period and cancellation
You can cancel your insurance free of charge up to 30 days after taking it out. Even if you want to keep the product. Our customer service can help you with this. As long as you have not filed a claim, you will receive all prepaid premiums back. After 30 days, you can cancel your insurance annually, no later than three months before the end of each year that the insurance is valid.
