Do I have to pay to return my product?
No, that's free. You can put the product in the original packaging and send it in a Coolblue box or another sturdy box that can close properly. Use the shipping label in your email, print it, and stick it to the box. Bring the box to a bpost point or Parcel Locker near you or to one of our stores.
Don't have a printer? Show the barcode in the shipping label on your smartphone at a bpost point. Note: this isn't possible if you want to return it via a Parcel Locker.
Do I have to return my product in its original packaging for it to be repaired?
No, that isn't necessary for repairs. You can also send your product in a different box.
How do I pack my product to send it in for repair?
Use sturdy packaging. This doesn't have to be the original packaging. You can often pick up a free box from the supermarket or buy a box from the post office.
Did you package the product? Print your shipping label or show the barcode in the shipping label from your smartphone at a bpost point near you. You can find the shipping label in the email you received from us.
What should I do before I return my laptop, smartphone, or other device to be repaired?
In case of repairs, we often have to remove all data from your device. Make sure you're prepared.
-Create a backup of the data you don't want to lose.
- Delete accounts from your device by returning it to the factory settings. You can read how to do this on the information page.
- Turn off 'Find my iPhone'. Otherwise, we're not allowed to repair your product.
- Remove your SIM from your phone or your SD card from your camera.
Where can I find my shipping label?
We'll send you your shipping label via email one hour after you've registered your repair. You'll find the shipping label attached.
Where can I find the serial number of my product?
That differs per product? You can often find it in the maintenance booklet or in the box.
