The Home Office Store works well, especially the settlement with the prepaid budget. Make sure you don't accidentally end up in the regular webshop while browsing, you can't go back to the Home Office Store.

Nice concept from Coolblue Home Office Store with my employer. I recommend it to other employers! This allowed me to purchase a nice sit-stand desk. Perfect quality! Nice and friendly delivery drivers. Everything in order. More than satisfied!

## Clear app/website but missed a suggestion and there was a long queue. It's a shame that I found out that I need a docking station after my 2 screens were delivered and Ii tried to connect them to my laptop. I'd expect this suggestion in the Home Office Store when you buy a pack of 2 screens. The long waiting time (20+ minutes) when I called the customer service is also something I didn't expect from Coolblue.
