How does our installation service for fridges and freezers work?
What does our installation service do?
- We'll put your fridge or freezer in the desired spot. If there are stairs, we'll deliver up to the 4th floor. Do you have an elevator? No floor is too high for us.
- We'll unpack the appliance for you and place it level.
- We'll take all the packaging materials with us.
- Do you have an old fridge or freezer? We'll take it with us again from the place you've been using it.
- We won't leave until everything is set.
The installation takes about 30 minutes. You can order this service on the product page of a fridge or freezer by selecting the service on the top right of the shopping cart.
Compact fridges and freezers
We'll put a compact fridge or freezer in the desired spot. We'll remove all the packaging and take it with us. We'll make sure to level your appliance, so your groceries won't roll back and forth. Do you have an old compact fridge or freezer? We'll take it with us too, from the place it was in.
Fridge freezer combinations, upright models, and chest freezers
Did you buy a fridge freezer combination, single-door fridge, standard freezer, or chest freezer? You can also choose the installation service. We'll place the fridge or freezer in the desired spot and take the old appliance with us. That way, you don't have to lift the heavy weight. We'll also level the fridge or freezer and take all the packaging materials with us.
American fridges
Did you choose the installation service with an American fridge? Due to the size and weight, we'll only install these fridges on the first floor. We'll level the appliance and take all the packaging materials with us. Do you have an old American fridge already? We'll only take it with us when it's on the first floor. Note: we don't connect American fridges to the water pipes.
Build-in service
Do you want a built-in fridge or freezer, but don't know how to install it? Choose our build-in service for € 129. We'll deliver your new appliance and build it in for you for a free. We'll remove your old built-in fridge or freezer and take it with us right away. Just like the packaging materials. Do you have a kitchen panel for your fridge or freezer? We'll secure it for you.
