Measure heart rate
The built-in heart rate monitor of the Apple Watch keeps track of your heart rate. Since the Apple Watch Series 1, it's possible to set up heart rate warnings. Set motion targets
The exercise goals on the Apple Watch help you to exercise enough every day. There are 3 rings that you can fill up every day.

Red ring: Movement. This shows how many calories you burn. You can set your own target goal.

Blue ring Standing. You can close this ring by standing up and walking around for 1 minute.
Fall detection
Do you have an Apple Watch Series 4 or newer? That means that your Apple Watch has fall detection. This means the Apple Watch detects when you fall. If that happens, you'll get a notification on the Apple Watch. You can cancel this notification when everything is okay. If you don't respond within 60 seconds, the Apple Watch transfers the emergency call and it sends a message with your location to all your preset emergency contacts.
Beathing
With the Breathing app, you can relax by doing breathing exercises. Do this once a day on average, but sometimes more often when you're stressed out, for example. They're sessions of 1 to 5 minutes. The Apple Watch shows animations that help you breathe in slowly. Taps on your wrist indicate when you have to breathe in and out.
SOS emergency situation
With SOS emergency, you can ask for help in emergencies directly from your wrist. Are you in such a situation? If you press and hold the side button, you'll see a slider to call 112 right away. That also works abroad. This way, you can call 112 and other preset emergency contacts to update them.
Track sleep
You can download various apps to track your sleep on your Apple Watch. With these apps, you can find out how to improve your sleep rhythm and sleep. To do this, make sure to keep in your Apple Watch while you sleep. Turn on the airplane mode to save battery. When you wake up, the Apple Watch will show all your data. You can see when you were in light or deep sleep, for example.
