What's CycloAgent and what can you use it for?

If you have a Mio Cyclo bike navigation, you've probably seen MioShare and CycloAgent before. MioShare and CycloAgent are the 2 programs by Mio that you need to use your Mio Cyclo bike navigation. MioShare is both the website and app that allows you to create cycling routes and view the routes you've cycled. CycloAgent is the computer software that you can use to update your Mio Cyclo and to connect it to MioShare. In this article, we'll explain how to install CycloAgent on your computer. Here, you can read how to install CycloAgent on your computer step by step. This is similar for Windows and Mac computers.

1. Create a MioShare account on the MioShare website and log in.
2. Click on 'Download CycloAgent for Windows and Mac'. Here, you'll find the download link for your computer.
3. Follow the instructions on the installation screen to complete the installation.
4. You can now start CycloAgent by clicking on the accompanying icon on your computer.

After you've installed CycloAgent on your computer, you can connect your Mio Cyclo bike navigation.

1. Turn on your Mio Cyclo bike navigation. Connect the device to your computer with a USB cable.
2. On your navigation system, click 'Connect to PC'. Usually, you can find this under 'Settings' or 'WiFi sync'.
3. You'll now see a window of CycloAgent with 3 tabs. Go to the tab 'My devices' and click on 'Register'.
4. Your Mio Cyclo navigation system has now been connected to CycloAgent.
5. At 'My device', you can see if there are new updates available for your navigation system. Here, you can also make a backup of your information and update the maps.

Now that you've connected your Mio Cyclo to CycloAgent, you can connect the device to MioShare. At the tab 'Settings', you can set your preferences. For example, check if you want automatic synchronization. With synchronization, you can download routes onto your bike navigation. The history of your bike navigation is also saved on your MioShare account. Via the website or app, you can view this history.
