How do you use the Samsung sleeping coach?
You can easily activate the sleeping coach on your Galaxy Watch. Go through the following steps:
- Change the watch face of your smartwatch to the Sleep coaching interface. Here, you'll clearly see all the information on your sleep.
- Connect your Galaxy Watch to your smartphone.
- Go to the Samsung Health app. Here, scroll to Sleep.
- Fill out the questionnaire on your lifestyle.
- Put your smartphone on your night stand with the bottom facing into your direction. When you snore, your smartphone will record the sound. After sleeping, you can listen to it in the Health app.
- Wear the watch for at least 7 nights in a row. That way, the Galaxy Watch can detect your habits.
- After 7 days, you'll receive your sleeping animal and the sleeping coach will switch on. You'll now receive personal tips to improve your sleeping quality and sleeping habits.
Functions with a Samsung smartphone
Do you have a Samsung smartphone? You'll receive extra information on your heart from your Galaxy Watch. You can measure your heart rate during the day and while sleeping. With an ECG reading, you'll know how stable your heart rate is. If you Samsung Watch measures an irregular heart rate, you'll receive a notification. Always see your doctor when in doubt. You can also measure your blood pressure via your Galaxy Watch. That way, you don't have to measure your blood pressure with a blood pressure monitor every single time.
