- Tip 3. Clean the filter
- Tip 4. Check if there's something between the door
- Tip 5. Reset the washer dryer combination
Tip 1: check the water pressure
There might be an issue with the water pressure. To be sure, close the water supply first. Remove the supply hose from the water supply and put a bucket underneath. Open the water supply completely and wait for 1 minute, so there's 10L water in the bucket. If that's not the case, call a plumber to check the water pressure. Don't forget to reconnect the hose.
Tip 2: check if the hose is straight
It's important that the hose is as straight as possible. That's why you need to make sure there's no bend in the supply hose. If there's a sharp bend, it can block the water supply, so your washer dryer combination doesn't get any corner. Check the whole hose and straighten it out.
Tip 3: clean the filter
Another reason can be that the filter of the supply hose is blocked. There's a filter on both sides of the hose. Before you clean this, close the water supply completely and remove the hose. Some drops might fall out, which you can collect in a bucket. Next, clean the filter on both sides of the hose. Do this under the faucet with an old toothbrush. Reconnect the hose with the clean filters, and open the water supply.
Tip 4: check if there's something between the door
Maybe there's some laundry between the door, so you can't start the cycle. This way, the water won't run into the drum of your washer dryer combination. If there's laundry stuck, you can put it back into the drum and close the door until you hear a click. Don't overfill the washer dryer combination. Stick to the maximum load capacity of each cycle. This way, you prevent an error. In the manual, you can read how much laundry can go in the drum for each cycle.
Tip 5: reset the washer dryer combination
Sometimes, it helps to reset the washer dryer combination. Turn the appliance off and remove the connector from the socket. Reconnect the connector after a few minutes. Choose a cycle and see if the water runs into the drum.
