Samsung error code C5
When you see the error code C5 on the display, something's up with the water drain. It could be a number of things. For example, the water drain may be clogged or the drain hose kinked. Make sure to check the drain filter as well, which you can find at the bottom right on the washing machine. Open the hatch and carefully open the filter. You can now clean it thoroughly under the faucet. If it's winter and the washing machine is in a shed, the drain hose could be frozen.
Samsung error code DC or DDC
The error code DC indicates an error with the door. First, check if the door is closed properly. Is that the case? Make sure there's no laundry stuck between the door. Do you have a washer dryer with an AddWash door and so you see the DDC error code? You've opened the AddWash hatch too soon. Close the AddWash door and click the pause button first. After that, feel free to open the hatch and add your forgotten socks to the wash cycle.
Samsung notification 'Check drain filter'
If you see the notification 'Check drain filter' on the display, it's possible that something is stuck in the filter. There's a little hatch at the bottom right of the appliance. Open it and place a bucket under it. After that, you can carefully open the filter and let the water run into the bucket. Thoroughly clean the filter under the faucet and wipe down the filter hole well with a cloth. Carefully remove possible obstacles from the filter. You can now place the filter back in the washer dryer combination.
Samsung error code UC
The error code UC indicates that something is wrong with the power supply. It could be an issue with the current. To solve this problem, you have to reset the washer dryer combination. Turn off the appliance and pull out the plug and wait 15 minutes. After that, you can turn the washing machine back on. Do you still see the error code when you start the cycle? Samsung error code HC
