Your Beko washing machine is making noise, won't start, or doesn't drain water. It's also possible you have a different problem. When your Beko washing machine indicates an error, you can read what to do here and quickly continue doing your laundry.

Your washing machine indicates one of the errors below:

  • You're bothered by vibrations or noise
  • The washing machine doesn't drain water
  • There's no water in the drum
  • The cycle doesn't start
  • There's a leak at the bottom
  • The drum door doesn't open

When your washing machine vibrates or makes noise, do the following:

  1. Remove the transit bolts on the back.
  2. Place the washing machine on a stable, hard floor.
  3. Level it and adjust the legs.
  4. Redistribute the laundry in the drum.

Do the following if the drum stays full of water:

  1. Check the connection of the drain hose to the washing machine.
  2. Check if there's a kink in the drain hose and straighten it out.
  3. See if there's a clog in the hose and clean it.
  4. Clean the drain filter at the bottom of the washing machine.

If the drum doesn't fill up with water, do this:

  1. Fully open the water supply.
  2. Check the connection of the supply hose to the washing machine.
  3. Check if there's a kink in the supply hose and straighten it out.
  4. Close the drum door until you hear a click.

Cycle won't start

To solve this problem, do the following:

  1. Check if there's too much laundry in the drum and take some out.
  2. Close the drum door until you hear a click.
  3. Check if the plug is securely in the socket.
  4. Press start again.

There's a leak at the bottom

Do the following when water is leaking out at the bottom:

  1. Check if there's a kink in the drain hose and straighten it.
  2. Clean the drain hose.
  3. Clean the drain filter at the bottom of the washing machine.

The drum door doesn't open

Keep these points in mind when the drum door doesn't open:

  1. Wait until the cycle is over and then open the door.
  2. Drain the water by running the spin cycle.
  3. In case of a power outage, open the drain hatch of the pump filter at the bottom of the washing machine.
  4. Pull the emergency lever at the back of the drain hatch down.

Beko washing machine error code 'Con'

Do you see a padlock or the 'Con' notification on the display of your Beko washing machine? That means the child safety lock is on. You can't adjust the cycle, temperature, and speed anymore. Deactivate the child safety lock with the following solutions:

  • Press down on the first and second extra function button for 3 seconds at the same time. The child safety lock will turn off.
  • Turn the cycle dial to the on/off setting if a cycle isn't currently running. The child safety lock will turn off by itself.
