The damage to your suitcase is only covered by the warranty in the case of a manufacturing error. Examples of a manufacturing error are a lock that doesn't work correctly and spinner wheels that don't spin. Damages caused by misuse aren't covered by the warranty, such as a broken zipper because you've put too much in the suitcase. A manufacturing error is covered by the warranty. Damage during transport

Damage during transport

The airport or travel organization is liable for damage caused during your journey. For example, a broken wheel. Fill in a PIR form (Property Irregularity Report) at the service desk or Lost and Found desk right away. Take the PIR proof with you and take photos of the damage. Within 7 days after arrival, you need to hold the organization accountable for the damage. You can add the photos and the PIR proof as proof of the damage.
