Left or right earbud

All you want is to listen to music with the same volume coming out of both earbuds. If the volume of one earbud is louder than that of the other or doesn't produce sound at all, you can visit us to have them repaired.

Charging case

You charge your AirPods in the charging case every day. Is that no longer the case or is there a different problem with the case? We'll repair it for you.

Battery

Wireless earbuds are of no use to you without the battery. Do your AirPods run out of battery quickly or is there a different problem with the battery? We'll repair it for you.
