HP Instant Ink us a print plan that allows you to print a fixed amount of pages per month. You can cancel this plan each month, so you're not bound to anything. Your HP printer notifies HP when the ink is running out. You'll automatically receive a cartridge that's suitable for your HP printer. How often you receive a new cartridge depends on your chosen print plan. That's why you don't get a new ink cartridge at fixed moments, but only when the cartridge is almost empty.

How does it work?
Step 1: register for Instant Ink
Register your printer for HP Instant Ink and create an account. Make sure you select the right printer, since not all printers support the same cartridges.
Step 2: choose a print plan
Choose one of the print plans. There's a print plan for every situation. Whether you print a lot or very little, at home or at the office, there's always a print plan that's right for you.
Step 3: receive your cartridges
Your printer will alert HP when the ink is running low. Your new cartridges are then automatically delivered to your home. Want to cancel HP Instant Ink? You can cancel the subscription monthly.
Start whenever you want
After registration, HP sends you the HP Instant Ink cartridges. Since you've registered your printer model, you'll receive the right cartridges. That way, you won't accidentally buy the wrong ink and you can print whenever you want. Did you get the cartridges, but do you want to postpone printing because your thesis or quote isn't quite finished yet? No problem.
