How do you fix a Zanussi dryer error?
Zanussi error CD
The door won't close.
- Check if there's laundry between the door.
- Put it back in the drum.
- Close the door until you hear a click.
Zanussi error CE or CF
This indicates electronic issues. Zanussi recommends you call the customer service.
Zanussi error C2, E20, E21, or E22
There's an issue with the condensation drain of your dryer.
- Test if the condensation drain hose is properly attached on both sides.
- Check if there's a kink or loop in the hose. If so, straighten it.
Zanussi error C6
There's an issue with the humidity sensors of the dryer. Make sure it's plugged into an earthed socket. You can recognize these sockets by the metal pins at the top and bottom.
Zanussi error C8, E70, E71, or E72
The temperature sensor has malfunctioned. Zanussi recommends you call a technician.
Zanussi error EH0 or EHO
The dryer doesn't receive any power.
- Make sure the connector is properly plugged into the socket.
- Test to see if a different product does work plugged into this socket.
- Does the other product not work either? That means there's something wrong with the power supply and not with the dryer.
- Check your fuse box and make sure the right switch is on.
Zanussi error E60 or E63
The dryer can't get warm enough.
- Remove large pieces of dust from the lint trap.
- Rinse the filter under the faucet.
- Clean it with your fingertips.
- Dry the filter with a clean cloth and put it back.
- Clean the condenser at the bottom of the dryer.
Zanussi error E90 or E91
There's an electronic issue. Zanussi recommends you call the customer service.
Problem not solved?
It's a good idea to clean the lint trap and the condenser no matter the error message. Pull out the plug as well and put it back in the socket after 30 minutes. Restart the dryer cycle. If the dryer still indicates an error, you might need a technician after all. Contact our customer service if you bought your Zanussi dryer at Coolblue.
