Your Nespresso will notify you when it's time to descale. This is about twice a year on average. The more you use the machine, the more you'll need to descale it. Use the descaler by Nespresso or De'Longhi. When you descale your machine, the coffee will stay the best and the machine will last longer.
Step 1: prepare the descaling
- On top of the machine, you can see when you need to descale it.
- Lift the handle where you insert the coffee capsule, so the last-used coffee capsule falls into the container.
