To continue to enjoy good milk foam, we recommend that you clean the milk system regularly. Clean the individual parts daily and clean the milk system thoroughly once a week. Use Durgol milk system cleaner for this. This agent effectively removes milk residue from your coffee machine. Use the dosage cap to measure out just the right amount.
Step 1: prepare the machine
- Make sure the coffee machine is on and scroll through the menu on the display to 'settings'.
- Press 'machine maintenance'.
- Press 'cleaning the milk system' and go through all the steps on the display.
Step 2: disassemble the milk system
- Remove the milk tube from the coffee machine.
- Remove the front cover from the coffee outlet. Pull this towards you.
- Press the right arrow on the display each time you complete the step.
- Pull the gray block out of the coffee outlet.
- Pull the top and bottom of the gray block apart. Also remove the orange part from the gray block.
- Use the orange part to unscrew the black pipe in the gray block.
- Unplug the black pipe with the pin of the orange part.
- Pull the pipe out of the milk tube, and remove the milk tube from the coffee machine and pull off the stainless steel tube.
Step 3: rinse all parts
- Clean all separate parts under the faucet.
- Dry all parts thoroughly with a dish cloth.
- Unplug the black end and side of the milk tube with the pin of the orange part.
- Assemble all separate parts back together. In between each step, press the right arrow on the display for the next step.
- Click the coffee outlet cover back into place and connect the milk hose here.
- Press 'home' to return to the coffee menu.
- The milk system is now cleaned.
