How do you solve a Wisberg dryer error?
Wisberg dryer error E20
When you have error E20, there's a problem with the water drain.
- Check if the condenser reservoir is completely empty and put the reservoir back in the dryer after emptying.
- Check if the drain hose is connected to your dryer correctly and isn't deeper than 10cm into the drain.
- Take out kinks or loops in the drain hose.
- Check if there's anything in the drain hose or drain pipe that blocks the water drain.
Wisberg dryer error E32
When you have error code E32, there's a problem with the humidity sensor. The dryer cycle also takes longer than normal because of this.
- Clean the humidity sensor inside the dryer with a cloth. You can find the sensor on the inside of the dryer above the door opening.
- Unplug the plug from the socket for 30 seconds and restart the dryer.
Wisberg dryer error E33
Do you see error code E33 on the display? There's a problem with the temperature sensor. Unfortunately, you can't solve this error yourself. Make an appointment with a technician for this.
Wisberg dryer error E50
Error code E50 indicates that there's a problem with the power supply.
- Check if the dryer is connected to an earthed socket. You can recognize this by the 2 metal pins at the top and bottom of the socket.
- Is this the case? There's a different problem and you need a technician. Turn off the dryer and unplug the plug from the socket. Contact a technician after you've done this.
Wisberg dryer error E64 and E82
When you see error codes E64 and E82, there's a technical problem with the printed circuit board. Unfortunately, you can't fix these errors yourself. Contact a technician for this. We'll tell you how to do this on this page.
Wisberg dryer doesn't dry well
Isn't your laundry dry after the dryer cycle? Follow these steps:
- Clean the lint trap in the dryer.
- Empty the condenser reservoir and check if the drain hose drains the water correctly. Remove kinks from the hose and check if there's something stuck in the hose or the drain pipe.
- Clean the condenser at the bottom of the dryer with a vacuum.
- Check if you've chosen the right dryer cycle for your laundry.
Problem not solved?
It's always important to keep the dryer clean. That's why you need to clean the lint trap and condenser thoroughly and restart the dryer cycle. It can also help to reset the dryer. Unplug the plug from the socket, wait 30 minutes, and reconnect the dryer. If this doesn't work, a technician is required. Is it still covered by the warranty? Contact our customer service.
