We'll show you how to easily and quickly clean your Krups fully automatic coffee machine in 3 steps. We'll walk through these steps with you:

You need:
- Coffee beans
- 600ml container
- Water filter
Step 1: connect the coffee machine
- Plug the connector in the socket.
- Remove the water tank from the coffee machine and fill it with fresh water.
- Replace the full water tank.
- Lift the lid of the bean hopper and fill the container with coffee beans. Then put the lid back on.
- Press the 'on/off' button to switch on the machine.
- The machine heats up right away.
- Place a container of at least 600nl under the coffee outlet and steam wand. Press 'start'.
- The coffee machine rinses for 2 minutes. Once the coffee recipe menu appears, it's done rinsing.
- Remove the container and empty it into the sink.
Step 2: set up the water filter
- Remove the water tank from the coffee machine.
- Empty it into the sink
- Take out the water filter.
- Turn the date on the water filter 2 months ahead with the round disc.
- Place the included attachment on the water filter and screw the water filter into its seat.
- Bend the attachment sideways to snap it off the water filter.
- Fill the water tank and place it back in the coffee machine.
Step 3: rinse the machine
- Press the gear button to access the settings.
- Press the arrows until you reach the circular arrow icon.
- Confirm rinsing with 'start'.
- Place an empty 600ml container under the steam wand.
- The steam wand rinses briefly.
- Once you see the start menu, the installation is complete.
- Remove the container and empty it into the sink.
- Your Krups coffee machine is now ready for use.
How often do you clean your Krups coffee machine?
