How do you descale your Nespresso Vertuo Next?

You need:

• 1L container
• Nespresso descaler or a universal descaler

1. Make sure that the coffee machine is switched on when you descale it.
2. Open the coffee machine and throw the capsule you used last into the capsule container.
3. Empty the drip tray.
4. Fill the water tank with 0.5L of water and add the descaler to it.
5. Push the opening of the machine downwards and make sure it's not fixed.
6. Press and hold the button at least 7 seconds to start the descaling program.

8. Push the lever to the closed lock and then push it back to the open lock.
9. Press and hold the button again for 7 seconds.
