• Step 3. Clean the oven.

You should always remove caked-on food residue right away when you're cooking. The longer you leave it, the more difficult it becomes to clean. Did you leave it for some time? Soak it with warm water and dish soap.

After that, you should clean the pan supports. Are they made of plastic or enamel? Put them in the dishwasher. Cast iron pan supports aren't dishwasher-safe, so you have to clean them by hand with warm water and dish soap. Remove the burners once every 3 months and clean them with warm water.
