The video shows you how to clean the brew group of your coffee machine step by step. Cleaning it takes about 20 minutes. Via the display, you can easily select the automatic cleaning program. We'll explain these steps:

You need:
- JURA cleaning tablets (1 tablet per cleaning cycle)
- 500ml container x2
How do you clean the brew group?
You clean the brew group about once every 1.5 months. The JURA WE8 will notify you, so you don't have to keep track of it yourself. That's after about making 180 cups of coffee. We recommend that you use JURA cleaning tablets. These tablets are specially made for your coffee machine, and they're adjusted to the material of the brew group. That way, you're sure you don't damage the part. You also make sure the warranty on the coffee machine doesn't void due to wrong cleaning agents.
Step 1: prepare the cleaning
1: the display will show 'Clean machine' 2: press the red droplets in the bottom left to go to the right menu 3: the display will show that the cleaning will take about 20 minutes, press 'start' 4: the display will now show a warning that you should only use JURA original maintenance products, press 'start' 5: remove the drip tray and the coffee grounds container. Empty both parts and place them back in the machine 6: put a container under the coffee nozzle and the hot water nozzle. Press 'continue' 7: the coffee machine will now briefly rinse
Step 2: place the tablet and rinse the machine
1: put the cleaning tablet in the container for ground coffee 2: the machine will start the cleaning program right away. This takes a few minutes 3: after a few minutes, the display will tell you to empty the coffee grounds container 4: remove both containers and empty them in the sink 5: remove the drip tray and coffee grounds container from the machine and empty them 6: place the drip tray and coffee grounds container back 7: the machine is now ready for use
