To build your built-in washing machine into your cabinets, follow the steps below:
- Step 1. connect the washing machine
- Step 2. attach the hinges to the door
- Step 3. mount the door to the washing machine
- Step 4. mount the magnet
Step 1: connect the washing machine
The first phase of building in your washing machine is connecting the appliance. When the washing machine is close to the right spot, first remove the transit bolts. Then connect the supply hose and drain hose and plug it into the right socket. At the end, make sure the appliance is level and slide it into the niche. Step 2: attach the hinges to the door
Now that the washing machine is in the right spot, you can start mounting the door. You can use the included hinges and screws of your built-in washing machine for this. First make sure whether the door panel has predrilled holes at the right height. Then place the door part of the hinge in the door panel. Screw the hinge on tight so the door won't slant. Step 3: mount the door to the washer dryer combination
When the hinges are on the door panel, mount the door to your built-in washing machine. A built-in washing machine always has built-in hinge supports or hinge holes. Step 4: mount the magnet
Lastly, mount the included magnet to the door and the washing machine. This magnet prevents the door panel from vibrating open while washing. Then measure how high up on the washing machine the magnet is and mount the other half of the magnet to the door panel at the same height.
