How do you ensure a good connection with the Powerbeats Pro?
Step 1: turn the earbuds off and on again
To restore the connection between the earbuds and your phone, you have to turn the earbuds off and on again. You can do this by putting the earbuds back in the charging case and taking them back out. This is also known as a soft reset.
Step 2: reset the earbuds
If turning the earbuds off and on doesn't work, you can try resetting them. Put both earbuds in the charging case and hold down the system button in the middle for 15 seconds. The light on the case will start to blink red and white. Release the system button and the earbuds have been reset.
