Don't remove the cardboard plate
There's a cover on the inside of your microwave that looks like a cardboard sheet. Although it looks like packaging material, this so-called mica plate shouldn't be removed. The plate protects the microwave from short circuits and fire hazards. Is the plate damaged or did you remove it by accident? Don't use the microwave, because moisture can reach the waveguide.
