Connect earbuds via Bluetooth

To listen to your favorite songs, you have to connect the earbuds smartphone. We'll explain how you can do that. Do you have to enter a PIN code when you're making a connection? Enter '0000'.

The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless III are in-ear earbuds with ear fins. It's important that to twist the earbuds into your ears so they stay in place. The earbuds include different earbud and ear fin sizes by default. Make sure to try them all to find the right fit.

It's important that the connection between your earbuds and smartphone is stable. If your music stutters and you have an unstable connection, try this:

  • Turn off all Bluetooth devices nearby.

Don't stand too close to appliances like fridges and microwaves, as those can affect the wireless Bluetooth signal.

  • Keep your smartphone in your hands or front pocket, not in your bag or back pocket.

  • Turn the earbuds off and on again.
