Explanation on the delivery and installation of your soundbar

If you choose this service, the delivery driver will do the following for you:

• unpack the soundbar and mount it to the will with the included wall mount;
• connect the soundbar to your television (via HDMI (ARC) if possible);
• explain how the remote and the sound settings of the sound bar work;
• connect the soundbar to your WiFi network if possible;
• take the old device with him if you want.

Installation and mounting check

The delivery driver can only mount and set up your soundbar if:

• your walls are made of solid brick or solid concrete. We don't mount soundbars to the ceiling, thin or hollow walls, plaster walls, gyproc, or wood;
• the wall mount is included by default in the box of your soundbar;
• you have all the necessary cables (such as an HDMI cable) to connect the soundbar to your TV. Sometimes an HDMI cable is included. Don't have this at home? Buy one. If the soundbar doesn't have an HDMI input, you can connect it via an optical cable.

This option costs € 49.99.

If you choose this service, the delivery driver will do the following for you:

• place the rear speakers at the desired location;
• place the station between of the rear speakers of the following models;
• Samsung SWA-8500S, Samsung SWA-9000S, Samsung SWA-W9100S, LG SPK8, rear speakres of the Sony HT-S40R soundbar.
• connect the soundbar to your WiFi network if possible;
• take the old device with him if you want.

Installation and mounting check

• your walls are made of solid brick or solid concrete. We don't mount soundbars and rear speakers to the ceiling, thin or hollow walls, plaster walls, gyproc, or wood;
• the wall mount is included by default in the box of your soundbar;
• you have all the necessary cables (such as an HDMI cable) to connect the soundbar to your TV. Sometimes an HDMI cable is included. Don't have this at home? Buy one. If the soundbar doesn't have an HDMI input, you can connect it via an optical cable.
