Fast image processor
GoPro put a new image processor generation in the HERO 10. This makes it faster than its predecessors. It records with higher frame rates than the HERO 9, for example. In 4K, you record videos at 120 fps. These higher frame rates ensure smooth recordings. In addition, you can delay images to turn them into slow motion videos. This allows you to highlight activity moments of athletes, such as the mud from mountain bikers or the water from surfers.
HyperSmooth 4.0
As they do every new launch, GoPro improved the HyperSmooth image stabilization again. The HERO 10 has HyperSmooth 4.0 stabilization. As a result, you see even less vibrations in the images than with other GoPro models. This stabilization is available with every recording mode. With horizon stabilization, the action camera ensures that the horizon is always straight in the frame. Even if you hold the camera at an angle or turn it 360 degrees.
Improved image quality
The GoPro HERO 10 records in 5.3K resolution at 60 fps. If you record in 4K, you even get 120 fps. In 2.7K, you can record at 240 fps. As a result, your footage looks smooth and detailed. The photo quality of this action camera is also high. It takes 23-megapixel photos. If you have a GoPro subscription, it automatically records the footage in the cloud when you charge the GoPro. All you need for this is a WiFi network.
Selfie screen on the front
In terms of appearance, the GoPro HERO 100 looks the same as the HERO 9. They have the same dimensions and a selfie screen on the front. The biggest difference is the GoPro logo. That's because the logo on the HERO 10 has a different color, blue. And of course, if also has the built-in attachment system.
