Design

QN95B Design

Neo QLED QN95B: extremely thin design

The QN96B has the Infinity Design, so the television is only 17mm thick. The bezel around the screen is also hardly visible. As a result, the screen looks even larger and all you see is the display. If you mount the QN95B to the wall, it hangs very tightly against the wall thanks to the thin design.

QN90B Design

Neo QLED QN90B: 27mm thick

The QN90B was design according to the Air Slim Design. As a result, the television is only 27mm thin. This makes the QN90B thicker than the QN95B, but it's still thin. The bezels around the screen of the QN90B are visible, while those of the QN95B aren't.

QN85B Design

Neo QLED QN85B: 27mm thick design

The QN85N has the same design as the QN90B. This makes this television 27mm thick and the bezels around the screen are visible.

Peak brightness

QN95B peak brightness

Neo QLED QN95B: high brightness

Thanks to the Quantum HDR 2000, the QN95B has a 2000-nit peak brightness. This is the second highest peak brightness of the Samsung series from 2022. Thanks to the Neo QLED screen, deep black levels are possible. The high 2000-nit brightness combined with the truly deep black levels, you can watch images with a high contrast on the QN95B. As a result, darker images in horror movies are truly dark, but details are still clearly visible.

QN90B peak brightness

Neo QLED QN90B: high brightness

Just like the QN95B, the QN90B has a 2000-nit peak brightness. This TV also has a high contrast thanks to the high brightness and deep black levels of the Neo QLED screen. You'll mostly notice this if you look at a starry sky. The bright stars look very clear, while the sky itself is truly dark.

QN85B peak brightness

Neo QLED QN85B: decent brightness

With 1500 nits, the QN95B has a lower peak brightness than the QN95B and the QN90B. As a result, the QN85B displays a less powerful contrast than the QN95B and QN90B. So the contrast between the sky and the stars isn't as strong as with the QN90B.

Viewing angle and reflection

QN95B viewing angle

Neo QLED QN95B: no reflections and wide viewing angle

The screen of the QN95B has an anti-glare layer. As a result, you're hardly bothered by annoying reflections if you've placed the televisions right in front of the window, for example. Conclusion

These televisions display images with deep black levels and a high brightness. This allows you to optimally enjoy all details and a high image quality when you watch movies or series. The QN95B provides the most complete experience thanks to the Infinity Design, the 2000-nit peak brightness, Object Tracking Sound +, and the One Connect Box. Still, the differences in terms of image quality aren't big. The QN90B and QN85B also provide an excellent viewing experience. The QN85B does display a lower brightness than the QN90B.
