Description
You can easily control the JURA S8 Piano Black (EB) from your smartphone. Connect the included WiFi Connect accessory and make a cup of coffee from the comfort of your couch. In the app, you also find useful tips about the coffee machines. With this machine, you can make an espresso and milk specialties at the press of a button. You choose from 12 coffee specialties and can adjust the intensity, amount, and temperature yourself. With the special Sweet Foam function, you can make milk specialties with syrup. Attach the syrup attachment to enjoy a Sweet Latte. This machine descales automatically. This means you spend little time on maintenance with this fully automatic coffee machine.

Great coffee, but critical of some design choices

The Jura S8 makes delicious coffee and is easy to set up (although not very intuitive). The biggest problem I have with this Jura is that the milk cleaning system is not integrated. There is a large, ugly, plastic container that does not fit the design and is an obstacle on the counter or in the kitchen cupboard. This is an impractical and overdesigned system, very strange. The fact that you have to clean the milk system daily with a separate cleaner seems to me like they have built in an extra money maker. Another point of criticism is the fragile, plastic drip tray. It looks and feels so cheap that I am afraid it will break quickly. I also think this is not well and sustainably designed, with a number of (unnecessary) loose parts and a hinged part that I also think will break easily. Although I have my doubts about some of the design choices (which will earn them extra money), the device looks nice and the coffee is really delicious, with nice milk foam.
