With the AEG KSE792280M oven, you can easily cook with steam. You select the temperature for your dish and the Steamify function adds the right amount of steam automatically. This way, your meal doesn't dry out. Or put all your fresh ingredients in a vacuum bag and prepare your salmon with lemon sous-vide. You can also measure the core temperature of your dish while you cook with the core temperature sensor. This way, you can be extra sure that your steak comes out of the oven well done. For the nights you don't feel like cooking, there's a pizza setting. You can enjoy a pizza with an extra crispy bottom. Thanks to hydrolysis, the dirt loosens from the walls. The oven works well until I started baking at 200°. The baking tray completely warped. According to AEG, these cannot be warmer than 180°. This cannot be read anywhere.
