With the Philips Air Cooker, you can serve a nice and healthy meal every day. The Air Cooker uses air and water vapor to steam, for example. Philips calls this the air steam method. The advantage of this is that ingredients keep up to 90% of their vitamins, flavors, and nutrients. This way, vegetables keep their color and texture, and your meat stays tender and crispy. In addition, fish and seafood get plenty of moisture, so they keep their omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.

With the NutriFlavor technology, you don't have to think about the right cooking settings yourself. Via the menu, you can choose which dish you want to prepare. Next, the Air Cooker chooses the right temperature, moisture, and time settings for your type of dish. This way, you can be sure you always use the right settings.
Choose from 8 settings
The Philips Air Cooker has 8 different settings. For example, the steam function uses air to steam instead of water vapor. With the cooking and sous vide function, you can prepare a stew or tender meat. Choose the baking and roast setting when you want to bake bread or roast a whole chicken. Do you have leftovers from yesterday? The heating function is useful for that. You can also defrost various types of food with the defrost mode.
Find inspiration with the HomeID app
You can connect the Air Cooker with the accompanying HomeID app on your smartphone. This app has more than 500 recipes and useful cooking tips and tricks. Philips works together with Michelin restaurants and chefs. Did you find a meal you want to prepare? The app will provide a step-by-step guide while you cook. Afterwards, the HomeID app will send the right settings to the product. This way, you don't have to think about it. Via the app, you can track the cooking process automatically. It also gives a notification when your meal is ready.
Extra accessories
In the box of the Philips Air Cooker, you'll find 2 cooking accessories. You can prepare 2 salmon filets on the baking sheet. In addition, you can fill the cooking basket with potatoes and vegetables. Expand the Air Cooker with 2 extra accessories. This allows you to prepare a risotto in the cooking pot and you can prepare multiple ingredients on the second level.
